The cancellation of the transaction will be valid only after receiving a return email confirming the request to cancel the transaction. • Cancellation/return of the product will not be approved in the following cases. • 14 days have passed from the date of purchase. • The original packaging of the printer is missing/damaged in a way that does not allow the product to be sold again. • Any use has been made of the printer/"products" purchased on the site that indicates that they have been used, for example, raw material was fed to the print nozzle or an attempt was made to print something. • There are any signs of use on the printer that indicate that it has been used in the past, such as scratches, abrasions or blows. • There is mechanical/electronic damage to the printer itself, such as fractures, faulty components or bent parts. • Any case in which reselling the printer would require any additional costs. • The site management reserves the right not to approve a product return or transaction cancellation in any of the above cases, as well as the right to approve a product return in accordance with an individual agreement with the customer and in accordance with each specific case and matter. • In the event that the product return/transaction cancellation is approved – the product must be returned, and all costs associated with returning the product will be borne by the customer. The product will be returned only when it is in its original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice/receipt, and 14 days have not yet passed from the date of purchase of the product.
